GIFT VOUCHERS

We will send the GIFT voucher with the generated code to the specified email within 1 hour. In order to pick up a physical gift voucher in the paper version, specify "pick up in the salon" in the notes. We will prepare the check for collection in our showroom within the next working hour.

The GIFT coupon is intended for a one-time purchase (can be used once).

If the price of the purchased goods is lower than the value of the gift certificate, the remaining unused amount is not refunded. If the price of the purchased goods is higher than the value of the gift certificate, the buyer must pay the difference additionally.

The GIFT voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and only for products available on our website or in our showroom. In order to use the gift certificate and pay for the selected goods, enter the code generated for you in the "gift card" field, which you will receive by e-mail.

The validity period of the GIFT voucher is NOT EXTENDABLE.

If you return an incorrect item that was paid for with a GIFT voucher, instead of the amount spent, a GIFT voucher of the same value will be returned to you.
