1. General provisions
1.1. Viruna.lt e-mail the store belongs to UAB VIRŪNA: company code 134208094, address: Baldininkų st. 13, Karmėlava, 54448 Kaunas district, Lithuania, tel.: (+370 37) 311143. The rules of the online store (hereinafter - the Store) (hereinafter - the Rules) apply to all customers aged 18 and older living in Lithuania, including private and business customers . The right of withdrawal applies only to private customers. In order to make a purchase, the buyer must agree to the terms and conditions of the store. 1.2. These terms and conditions of purchase are a valid legal document concluded between both parties (the Buyer and the Seller), determining the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the terms of purchase and payment of goods, the delivery and return of goods, the responsibilities of the Parties and other conditions related to Viruna.lt. The customer agrees to these conditions by selecting "I have read and agree to the terms of the Viruna.lt electronic store".
1.2. The seller reserves the right to change, amend or add to the Rules at any time, taking into account the requirements established by legal acts. The registered Buyer will be informed about any changes, corrections or additions by the e-mail specified in the login and, in order to purchase goods in this online store, he will have to agree to the changed Rules again.
1.3. You have the right to buy in our online store:
1.3.1. able-bodied natural persons, that is, persons who have reached the age of majority, whose capacity is not limited by court order;
1.3.2. legal entities;
1.3.3. authorized representatives of all the above persons.
1.4. The store is not responsible for the losses incurred (material or moral) in cases where the problems were caused by the Customer not taking into account the information of the Rules, which is publicly presented on this page.
2. Protection of personal data
2.1. In order for the Seller to start fulfilling orders, the Buyer will be asked to provide some personal data (for example, name, address, phone number). The Seller will never sell, share or use the information provided by the Buyer, if it is not related to the actions defining the Buyer-Seller relationship. The seller reserves the right to share this information with payment and delivery partners in order to fulfill the order.
3. Order submission procedure and conditions
3.1. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment when the Buyer, after selecting the item(s) to be purchased and creating a shopping cart, clicks on the "Pay now" or "Pay now" link.
3.2. Each purchase-sale contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is registered and stored in the Viruna.lt online store database.
4. Buyer's rights
4.1. The buyer has the right to buy goods in the Viruna.lt online store in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules and the online store.
4.2. The buyer has the right to refuse the contract for the purchase and sale of goods concluded with the Viruna.lt online store, by notifying the Seller in writing (by e-mail, specifying the desired item to be returned and its order number) no later than within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day of delivery of the item .
4.3. The goods must be returned to the following address: UAB Virūna, Baldininkų g. 13, Karmėlava, LT-54448 Kaunas district).
4.4. 4.2 of the rules. The Buyer can exercise the right provided for in paragraph 1 only if the product has not been damaged or its appearance has not fundamentally changed, nor has it been used. Products made to individual orders are not returnable.
5. Obligations of the buyer
5.1. The buyer must pay for the goods and accept them in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.
5.2. The buyer undertakes not to transfer his login data to third parties. If the Buyer loses his login data, he must immediately inform the Seller about this via the means of communication specified in the "Contacts" section.
6. Seller's Rights
6.1. The Seller has the right to determine the minimum size of the basket of goods at its discretion, that is, the minimum amount, upon reaching which the Buyer's order will be executed. The size of this amount is visible when viewing the shopping cart.
6.2. If the Buyer tries to harm the stability and security of the online shopping center or violates his obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without warning limit or suspend his access to the online shopping center or, in exceptional cases, cancel the Buyer's registration.
6.3. In the event of important circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or completely terminate the operation of the online shopping center without notifying the Buyer in advance.
6.4. The Seller has the right to cancel his order without notifying the Buyer in advance, if the Buyer, having chosen Rule 8.2.1. or 8.2.2. payment methods provided in points, does not pay for the goods within 3 (three) working days.
7. Obligations of the seller
7.1. The Seller undertakes to enable the Buyer to use the services provided by the Viruna.lt online store under the conditions set out in these Rules and the online shopping center.
7.2. The Seller undertakes to respect the Customer's privacy by securely handling the information entered by the Customer during registration and not to share it with third parties and/or organizations.
7.3. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by him under the conditions specified in Clause 9 of the Rules.
7.4. The Seller, unable to deliver the ordered goods to the Buyer due to important circumstances, undertakes to offer an analogous or similar product as far as possible. If the Buyer refuses to accept an analogous product or a product most similar in its characteristics, the Seller undertakes to return the money paid to the Buyer within 3 working days, if prepayment was made.
8. Product prices, payment procedure and terms
8.1. The prices of the products sold and the goods specified in the advance payment invoices are indicated in euros with VAT.
8.2. The buyer pays for the goods in one of the following ways:
8.2.1. By credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard). This payment method is safe and fast, so it will take us a few minutes to receive a successful payment
8.2.2. PayPal system. This payment method may be slower and may include a service fee depending on your bank.
8.2.3 By bank transfer according to advance account. Order will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
8.3. In accordance with 8.2.1. and 8.2.2. In the ways specified in the clauses, the customer undertakes to pay for the goods immediately. Subject to the seller's rights set out in clause 6.4, the order will not be processed until payment has been received. Delivery may also be delayed if payment takes longer due to reasons beyond our control.
9. Delivery of goods
9.1. When ordering the goods, the buyer undertakes to indicate the place of delivery of the goods.
9.2. The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that he cannot accept the goods himself, and the goods are delivered to the specified address and based on other data provided by the Buyer, the Buyer has no right to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.
9.3. The goods are delivered by the Seller or his authorized representative.
9.4. All orders will be shipped within the time specified in the order form, or the Seller will inform you in a separate message if it is an individual order from the order confirmation (payment receipt). Shipping is via courier service, and all products are delivered via courier only. The courier tries to deliver the order up to 2 times before it is returned to the sender.
9.4.1. The delivery price is from 5 euros and is valid throughout the territory of the Republic of Lithuania. The delivery price may vary depending on the weight and size of the goods. Shipping is free for orders over 200 euros.
9.4.2. A tracking code will be sent automatically for each order.
9.4.3. Business customers will receive the package at the address specified in the order, so please be careful when entering the address. The address you entered may or may not be a business address.
9.5. The seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the delivery service provider or the customer.
9.6. During the delivery of the goods, the Buyer must check the condition of the shipment together with the Seller or his authorized representative. If the buyer signs the invoice (bill of lading) or other document of shipment transfer - acceptance, it is considered that the shipment has been delivered in a suitable condition. Having noticed that the package of the delivered package is damaged (crumpled, wet or otherwise externally damaged), the Buyer must note this in the invoice-invoice (bill of lading) or another document of delivery - acceptance of the package and, in the presence of the Seller or his representative, draw up a free-form package violation act. If the Buyer does not perform these actions, the Seller is released from responsibility towards the Buyer for product damage, if such damage was caused by packaging damage that the Buyer did not note in the above manner.
10. Product warranty and conditions
10.1. All product features sold on Viruna.lt are specified in the description of each product.
10.2. The seller is not responsible if the product's color, shape or other parameters do not correspond to reality due to the characteristics of the customer's monitor/screen.
10.3. The seller may provide a limited warranty on certain products or parts. In this case, the specific warranty conditions are indicated in the product description.
11. Return and exchange of goods
11.1. The Customer has the option to return and exchange the Products. To do this, they must complete a return form in writing (either electronically or physically) and return it with the order.
11.2. The buyer has the right to use the offered return or exchange option within 14 days of signing the document confirming the delivery of the goods, notifying the seller in accordance with point 4.2.
11.3. When returning goods to the buyer, it is necessary to comply with the following conditions:
11.3.1. the returned item must be in its original, neat packaging;
11.3.2. the product must be undamaged by the Buyer;
11.3.3. the product must not have lost its commercial appearance (label intact, protective film not torn off, etc.) (this clause does not apply in the case of returning a defective product);
11.3.4. the returned product must be of the same configuration as the one received by the Buyer;
11.3.5. when returning the product, it is necessary to present the purchase document, the warranty card (if it was issued) and the completed 11.2. The return document specified in the clause of the rules.
11.3. The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer, if the Buyer does not follow the procedure for returning the goods established in this article.
11.5. If the customer wants to return the products according to 4.2. The store will cover the return costs only if the item is defective.
12. Liability
12.1. The buyer is fully responsible for the correctness of the data provided in the registration form. If the Buyer does not provide accurate data in the registration form, the Seller is not responsible for the resulting consequences.
12.2. The buyer is responsible for the actions taken while using this online store.
12.3. The buyer is responsible for the transfer of his login data to third parties. If the services provided by Viruna.lt are used by a third person who has connected to the online shopping center using the Buyer's login data, the Seller considers this person to be the Buyer.
12.4. The Seller is released from any responsibility in cases where the losses arise because the Buyer, regardless of the Seller's recommendations and his obligations, did not familiarize himself with these Rules, although he was given such an opportunity.
12.5. If the Seller's online store contains links to the websites of other companies, institutions, organizations or individuals, the Seller is not responsible for the information or activities carried out there, does not supervise or control those websites and does not represent those companies and individuals.
13. Marketing measures applied by the seller
13.1. The seller can, at his discretion, initiate various promotions in the Viruna.lt online store.
13.2. The seller has the right unilaterally, without separate notice, to change the conditions of the shares, as well as to cancel them.
13.3. The buyer has the opportunity to order a newsletter containing various offers and information.
14. Exchange of information
14.1. The Seller sends all notifications to the e-mail address provided in the Buyer's registration form.
14.2. The buyer sends all messages and questions using the means of communication specified in the "Contacts" section of the Seller's online shopping center.
15. Final provisions
15.1. The contract is concluded and executed, and all communication between the customer and the store takes place in the national language.
15.2. Electronic consumer disputes can be resolved using the consumer dispute resolution platform http://ec.europa.eu/odr/.
