Product warranty and return


1. Return and exchange of goods

1.1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods and return the goods without reason.

1.2. The goods must be returned:

Unused and undamaged;

In the original, neat packaging;

With all accessories, documents and invoice.

1.3. The return costs (delivery of the goods back to the seller) are paid by the buyer, except in cases where the returned goods are of poor quality or not the goods that were ordered.

1.4. The seller undertakes to refund the money for the goods no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

1.5. Furniture that was made to order (e.g. according to special measurements, colors or designs) cannot be returned, except in cases where they are of poor quality.

2. Damages observed during delivery

2.1. Upon receipt of the shipment, the buyer must check the condition and completeness of the goods.

2.2. If damage is observed during transportation, it must be noted in the delivery note provided by the courier or the seller must be immediately informed.

2.3. Claims submitted later due to mechanical damage that occurred during transportation may not be considered.

3. Claims processing procedure

3.1. The buyer, wishing to use the warranty or return the goods, must inform the seller by e-mail hello@viruna.lt or by phone +370 611 22495 and agree on the method of returning the goods.
